1/2 cup of ice
1 cup of almond or soy milk
French Vanilla Shaklee LifeShake Plant Protein (1 scoop for 10g or 2 scoops for 20g of protein)
1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed
1/2 peeled cucumber (preferably without seeds)
1/3 of an avocado
1/2 of a banana
1 Tablespoon of raw honey
2 cups of kale and/or spinach
