This was my first QHHT session and I absolutely loved it! I was a bit nervous at first but Debbie's energy is so peaceful and compassionate that it put me at ease right away. During the session, I was able to explore a few past lives that helped shed light on where I am today. The coolest part was getting to speak directly with my higher self and work on healing and clearing some limiting beliefs and health issues.
