DEB’S GREEN SMOOTHIE
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 cup of almond or soy milk
- French Vanilla Shaklee LifeShake Plant Protein (1 scoop for 10g or 2 scoops for 20g of protein)
- 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed
- 1/2 peeled cucumber (preferably without seeds)
- 1/3 of an avocado
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1 Tablespoon of raw honey
- 2 cups of kale and/or spinach
Blend all together in the order listed and enjoy this healthy and nutritious smoothie for breakfast or a late morning snack.
