• 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of almond or soy milk
  • French Vanilla Shaklee LifeShake Plant Protein (1 scoop for 10g or 2 scoops for 20g of protein)
  • 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed
  • 1/2 peeled cucumber (preferably without seeds)
  • 1/3 of an avocado
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw honey
  • 2 cups of kale and/or spinach

Blend all together in the order listed and enjoy this healthy and nutritious smoothie for breakfast or a late morning snack.
